Playing with grandchildren requires some level of athletic ability.
So does completing a triathlon, playing golf, surfing, cleaning the house, or any other physical activity.
My job is to coach you to be conditioned to live life and perform the activities you love better and stay injury free.
I first assess what your current capabilities are, and then build a complete plan based on how much time you have and what you have available to reach your physical goals.
This is very different for every person.
Conditioning someone for American football is very different than conditioning someone to play golf.
No matter what your activity of choice is, you will need some amount of flexibility, strength, coordination, speed, power, stamina, total body function and above all the energy to perform at your best when you want to.
Males and females need to condition differently because they have different hormonal balances.
Tall lean people need to do different things than stockier built individuals.
Most people don’t spend enough time on recovery. Most athletes are over worked and too tired to improve and don’t even know it.
I am a world class athlete and have been for over 30 years.
